One of the first questions that the doctor asked us before the ultrasound was, "How much can we reveal today?" I know I said that I wanted to be surprised, but since Guenni wanted to know, we agreed upon finding out the sex (if baby was willing to show him/herself). Well, we were indeed able to see whether baby is a boy or girl. The catch: We're keeping it secret!!! If you think that's mean of us, it's nothing against you - it's more that it's something that's just for US. If it makes you feel better, we can't keep it secret forever, and there are only 2 options! ;) Once I figure out how to post a survey on here, you can all start guessing your hearts out!
At the end of the ultrasound, the doctor surprised us by switching into 3-D mode (which I didn't even know they had)! We now have an amazing 3-D picture of baby:

In case you don't see it right away, it's a profile picture of only baby's head (don't want to give away too much - hehe, just kidding). You can clearly see the right ear, right eye (closed), nose, and mouth. It also helps to look at it from a distance when it's smaller.
Of course I was already in love before seeing this picture, but baby just looks so REAL in this new one that I fell even more in love! I get out the picture several times a day just to look at it. I have a serious urge to kiss it!
Isn't it already the most beautiful baby in the world?!? :-)
Michelle,
